  We stayed here for almost 4 days. The Hotel was very nice. The rooms were very spacious and very clean. Our bathroom was neat and clean and the shower was very nice. The staff was helpful and courteous. Location was a major plus point. Its unbelievably close to the Roma Termini and we were easily able to catch a tourist bus (hop on-hop off).   The room was perfect for us - nice sized, very clean, modern, with a great view of the Colosseum & Forum. It's a small group of rooms on the 2nd floor within a larger building - so it gives the feel of small bed-and-breakfast or something similar. Roberto fought through our complete lack of ability to speak Italian and still give us some great tips on places to visit and eat. Even helped us - Location was what we wanted: close to Colosseo and Forum. Each morning we had coffee outside the cafe next to the entrance door to our appts watching Colosseo and bathing in the morning sun. 6-8 euro to the place from the historic center (Parteon ) by taxi if you are tired. Metro is 1-2 min from the place. Room is nice, clean, very modern. We have booked with the appts the transfers to and from the airport - very comvinient. Wifi worked very well. Roberto and Claudia were nice and helpful. Nice
