In the first day we had this lovely italian girl at the reception that
was so so friendly. If you're lucky to have her when you arrive you
can ask her anything and she will find a solution. The room is quite big
and very nicely furnished! It is very close to the metro station and
around you have many shops and a supermarket.

Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening. Very pleased and highly recommendable. -

B&B 2012 is located near Tiburtina Station (a little bit far from city center). To reach city center you have to reach tiburtina station (by bus, 3 stops or by walk 15 min) then metro line B (connection to line A at termini station). Very good price for this quality. Very impressed. Large apartment with two large bedrooms (one large double and one twin), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and balconies. Four TVs(!). Good heating. Aircon units in the rooms but we didn't need those. Everything you need is in the apartments including a lovely basket of teas, jams etc. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, even walking with us to the local shop to buy bus tickets. Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.
