Everything was great!! No complaints at all. The owner is very friendly and accomadating. The room was very nice and was plently of space for the four of us. 预订的时候看过其他评语，以为很差，入住之后发觉房间还行。一个门洞里三间房间，过道厅不错，提供微波炉和茶杯等有用的物件，房间也不错。check-in的地方在酒店转弯过去的马路上，不远。给我印象深刻的倒是check-in边上的小店老板，叫Virgina，非常热心，帮助我们在5/1假期check-in，并且借伞给我们，很会聊，给了很多有用的信息。 -

I loved the location, the building itself, the staff were lovely and polite. I liked the ability of having my own key and no curfew. The building had character and charm, the location surrounding the building was lovely to walk around at night with nice little restaurants and it is easily accessible for buses and trains. I cant wait to come back!

This B and B was the best we stayed in for out 2 1/2 week trip through Italy. Family owned and run, they were all so very sweet and helpful. The room was the biggest and most clean out of every B and B AND hotel, not to mention the cheapest! Easy to get to from the train station and close to all sight-seeing! Internet and DVD's to borrow to boot!

The location is really very convinent, and close to Termini station as well as to Colosseum, Forum and Piazza Venezia.
There were no problem to find the hotel, as we found it with help of Google maps street view previously. You should ring the bell( press the button named New Inn) on the large wooden doors, to enter the building. The WC is equipped with hygienic shower. The shower cabin is quite large and works good.
