Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. Very nice, clean and frendly place. Great location Termini station is 10 min walk distance, the Metro station was 3 min walking. Coliseum is 15 min walk. Daniele, was very helpful and nice. He helps us with everything - information, maps of Rome with "must see things" for our stay. He reccomended us nice restorants and bakery. -

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

Very nice location two steps away from Termini station, besides we could reach on foot the Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Trevi fountain. Plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops in the area, plus a couple of mini-markets. Daily room-service. All necessary things in the room including toiletries. Neat and tastefully furnished rooms. Great for the money!
