I was in Aloha Rome 3 nights and I had a very good experience. Francesca is so kind, always friendly. The B&B is very good located, very near to Termini Station and the area it isnt dangerous, is normal. I had a bed very comfortable, very clean, the breakfast was ok... very Italian!! The localization is veery good ( for us at least ;P)- 5 minutes walking to metro Manzoni which is close to Termini, the central railway station. The staff was really kind and helpful, breakfasts tasty. There is a small kitchenette; we wanted to boil some water and make a tea cause it was cold and it wasn't a problem ;) so i think if you need to use some kitchen facilities you just need to ask.
