without lift, but the owner helped us to carry all the heavy luggage.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We loved that it was close to the train station without being near all of the noise and also to most of the major sites. The room we were in had an amazing view of the Dome and bell tower. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
