The location is really very convinent, and close to Termini station as well as to Colosseum, Forum and Piazza Venezia.
There were no problem to find the hotel, as we found it with help of Google maps street view previously. You should ring the bell( press the button named New Inn) on the large wooden doors, to enter the building. The WC is equipped with hygienic shower. The shower cabin is quite large and works good.

Friendly staff, very helpful. Held our bags for us even after we had checked out. I noticed how clean it was, especially the bathroom! Very happy with our stay and the best part for us is that we felt very safe. Reception had to buzz us in so we could go upstairs to get to our room. Clean, safe and friendly, there isn't much better than that!

The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. off of a lovely courtyard with plants and a fish pond. Three locked
doors between the street and our room made us feel secure. Close to
so many things!!! Our breakfast was perfect with yogurt, pastries
and great coffee. Ham and cheese also available. Many low cost food
options nearby.
