  A charming old property and one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owner was delightful and couldn't do enough for guests. The cleanliness was exemplary and could teach some 4 star hotels a thing or two. A thoughtful touch was the small room which provided free water, coffee and tea. A short direct walk into the centre of Verona. - Excellent location, just 5 mins walk to centre of Verona. Lovely massive room and bathroom, furnished in rustic style. There is a separate sitting room for guests with TV, tea and coffee making facilities, water dispenser and beer, all free. The garden, where breakfast was served is lovely and breakfast was varied and a full buffet available. There is a separate door to access the rooms so you can come in late without disturbing the owner. Free wifi in rooms.

  The family were very friendly who owned the B&B (the mother does not speak English, but the daughter was very good). The room was a great size and even though it was a shared bathroom, there was no other guest staying which looked like a single room anyway, so would be good for 3 people. I had to leave at 6am (yes!) to catch the train to Milan and they sorted breakfast for me even at that hour. No hesitation in recommending this establishment to anyone.

We stayed there on Valentine's Day so when I walked into the room, there was a long stemmed rose and a note from the hotel sitting at the table. It was a very nice touch.
