  The hotel was convenient for public transport. It has been refurbished recently and was clean with pleasant furnishings and good bathrooms. The hotel is ideal for a city break and good value for money. - this was an excellent hotel .the location is good being only ten minutes walk from the main railway station and a few more minutes to the main sites .the room was clean and comfortable breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful .this hotel had 24 hour reception in the main building and I always felt safe in the area .

Bathroom clean and amenities were included. We had room with small balcony, we found that very romantic especially during breakfast as they are served to your room. Everything was perfect and we would recommend this hotel and would stay again for sure.

  The room is right next to the Station Termini. The surrounding area was safe. The room has air-condition (important in summers) and is completely sound proof for a restful night sleep. The bathroom (shower) was large enough that two people could fit, which from my experience seems uncommon for bathrooms in Italy.   The location was really the best - one minute to Termini train station and metro. Hotel room was very nice and comfortable - the AC worked good. We can only recommend this hotel. - Location of hotel is superb to the termini [rail and train station], do not be put off by the outside, clean and comfortable, highly reccomend.

  Wonderful and friendly service, always helped us find our way in Rome, aswered all of our questions, they gave us an adapter for our chargers, and even watched our luggage after we checked out :) Hotel is situated 1 minute from Termini station - from this station you can get around Rome very easly (same with coming back to hotel - from almost ever... 别人怎么说 » y place in the city). Room was very cosy and clean, shower was small, but it didn't bothered us a lot :) Amazing blinds - we slept very well, room was - Small, neat and quite hotel with 24h reception. Our double room No 212 was spacious, clean and very comfortable, facing inner yard, thus quite at night. Do not expect sea views as it is centre located hotel, however Termini (central railway and bus station) is just 5 min away. No breakfast, but we did not need it and there are plenty of bars/pasticeries where you can have cappucino with freshly baked pastries/snacks. I would like to say special thanks to Ruslan at reception, who speaks English
