  The staff was really helpful and friendly! It is a good base to visit Florence, not far from the main turistic attractions and well connected to the main station and other towns (Fiesole etc.). - Friendly staff, family-like atmosphere, and nice breakfast considering the price.

  The hotel is very close to the Santa Maria Novella railway station and just 10-15 min. walk away from major sights. We had a very spacious corner room with high seilings, so it never got very hot and it was enough to switch the air conditioner on for a couple of hours in the evening to keep the room cool all night.   Very nice people that run this B&B. They helped us right from the start booking tickets for the museums and gave us maps with the sites to see. They are very good hosts and there is great value for the money staying here. The location can't be better as it's within walking distance of the train station and all the major sites. Also let us store our luggage all day after check out since we caught a late train. - I stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of my 12 day trip, and for 2 nights at the end and was very pleased. The owners are so nice, very friendly and helpful. It is in a wonderful location...just minutes from all the historical sights and the railway station. The owners went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. It was great value for money and I would definately stay here again!
