  The place was amazin. We stayed for one night, which was my first stay in Italy, and it was amazin. The room was gorgeous, it was very clean and quite, and the service was excellent. We asked for a bottle of prosecco to be placed in our room during our opera visit and found it with a nice personal note in the fridge on our return. Wouldn't have traded this place for any five star hotel in the centre. It was the perfect getaway, quiet, clean and so very beautiful. Extra credit for the warm and helpful staff.   This place is a real find! Very peaceful upscale street within one block of the verona arena where the operas are held! This was wonderful as the opera ended at 1AM and it took me only 2 minutes to get 'home'. No better place to stay if going for the opera. Thus very quiet room while also giving air and light! Fel - Mino was excellent- so helpful and friendly. He offered us plenty of advice on what to do and where to eat around.   The set-up is a bit weird, there is no actual hotel lobby. Instead you are given keys by the staff of the Ippoppotamo restaurant. But, then you are led to the back of the hotel and to your own private room and wow! The hotel isn't cheap but it surely is worth every cent! Thought they have just recently opened, and they are still ironing out some electronic quirks, they are right on top of every detail. And though the hotel is just around the corner from Piazza Bra, it was very peaceful I went there to celebrate a big birthday and staff helped with choosing a fabulous place to eat and also gave us good advice for our visit to Lake Garda. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
