  Location is superb! I walked only. Never taken any bus. So from the hotel I could easily go to Vatican easily via Emmanelle II and all the attractions such as Piazza Navona and Pantheon were really close by.   Me and my bf stayed for 3 days/2 nights from 9-11 march 2013. The place is within walking distance of termini, but in a good area. The room we got was big, clean and nice with a small balcony. Perfect location, situated directly across from the train station so no lugging baggage around the city. Breakfast every morning set us up or the day.
