Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini.
The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable.
Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy.
In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

All of the main sites were within walking distance, only the Vatican was a bit far, but we used the tour bus on our visit. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. Everything was wonderful! The best location, 5-10 minutes from Termini train station and metro, everything is within a walking distance, many cafes, restaurants,mini markets and shops around. This B and B was the best we stayed in for out 2 1/2 week trip through Italy. Family owned and run, they were all so very sweet and helpful. The room was the biggest and most clean out of every B and B AND hotel, not to mention the cheapest! Easy to get to from the train station and close to all sight-seeing!
