Situated in a smart area that is quiet and convenient for buses. Location ideal for pleasant evening strolls. Many fine restaurants close by. Nice to start the day with a very good breakast with very varied choice to suit all requirements and tastes. Overall just excellant value.

Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

The room and private bathroom was large and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, close to the metro yet walking distance to San Giovanni in Laterano. The
Italian breakfast consisted of plenty of croissants, espresso, toast, juice and cereal. It was an ideal place to stay while in Rome and a wonderfully quiet refuge when we needed a rest from exploring the city.
