  Mia and Precious were so helpful and attentive. We were surprised that in a rental apartment, there were actual people available for us to go to if we needed anything, as the office is just a few doors down from Piazzetta Margutta. The apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the Spanish Steps, the Metro, and a small grocery store. The neighborhood is calm and safe.   We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children
