The room was big enough and perfectly suited to all our needs (with a separate bed for our elder child) with an enormous bathroom.   Lorenzo the master is very nice and congenial. The hotel is indeed an apartment in the old building in the centre of the city, almost in front of the walls of Citta Alta. I am likely to stay at Lorenzo's next time - i stayed with my wife in this lovely guest house in bergamo city centre. the place was very clean and cosy and it is highly recommendable. the staff was very friendly and helpful, they explained us everything from where are the best restaurants to eat, how to get to the old city(and the old city cathedral is a must see) to how to get to the aeroporto. so it was an excellent experience.
