  We thought the staff were courteous and helpful. The setting of the hotel, slightly out of the centre of Rome, but close to the Metro was perfect.   A friendly couple. We wished to change room and this was no problem.Well-heated room.Nice ensuite bathroom. Nearby easy tram ride to centre of Rome and, in opposite direction, to main train station providing direct train to Fiumicino airport. - The owners were very very kind, always smiling and ready to help us in anything we needed.   A particularly good place to stay, in a relaxed residential area a little away from the high streets. Breakfast is plentiful, made to order and served in the room on a trolley table. Staff keep the facilities in very good order and were helpful and professional.   Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. I am also a really fussy traveller and I'm never satisfied with anything due to having a life in the top hotels due to work. S - Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.
