Location was about 100 yards from Spanish Steps, and very close to a metro stop. AlsoRooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were good sized and modern. Its great to know Rome, you really can't be closer to the center, 5 mins fron the Spanish Steps, 15 mins from Piazza Venecia, 25 mins from the Forum, Coliseum and Palatino! The location is excellent and the service was friendly and top-notch.
This is a guest-house consisting of half a floor in an older building,
not a hotel, so don't expect hotel services. The location can't
be beat and the price is right. It was one of the few places I could
find in central Rome that had American-sized king beds.

It was very clean and the room was much bigger than I expected. The lady from reception was lovely! In the middle of everything...The Colloseum is just around the corner and short walk to Trevi Fountain which is stunning. Will definately stay here the next time I'm in Rome. - Maria was gracious and helpful. The rooms were spotless and comfortable.
