  We phoned the hotel from Rome to inform them concerning a series of unexpected delays after our departure from Toronto. We arrived at the hotel after a 36 hour trip, tired and hungry.   We really enjoyed it, it's a 3 star but does not have anything to envy to the look of a 4 star, would definetely go back again. It's central, a few steps from beach, clean, new, lovely Jacuzzi, free drinking water, lovely atmosphere and people. - The staff were amazing! The rooms were immaculate great location! AND b/c our car was not done until the end of the business day on the last day - they let us "hang out" in the apt until it was ready at no extra charge! We are VERY grateful for this!
