  we liked their hospitality and friendliness. The hotel staff was very helpful. They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The lady at desk was very courteous. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.

  Very nice Auberge/3*Hotel. All staff were very friendly and helpfull. We had the smallest room, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very nice! Although small tv it was ok(only italian channels).   The hotel was very well maintained. There is a small elevator which was great for heavy bags. My room was attended every day and the towels were changed daily. The woman who cleaned the rooms did a great job and was very pleasant. Sheets were nice and I had 2 pillows, plus a heavy blanket in the closet. The wifi which - The staffs are excellent, they are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, easy to get to the main attractions and all the public transportation in Milan. But, it is a little bit difficult to find the hotel at the beginning. The hotel is really good for single travellers especially for those who would like to walk through the city like me.

Easy to reach city center with tram 14 - station Caneva in Piazza Carlo Caneva, 250 meters walk from Hotel going on Via Fratelli Salviori.   First of all Milaan is a nice city to pay a short visit. People are friendly. More friendly then in other parts of Italy. The hotel was perfect. We payed 58€ for a night (babybed included). I have to say this is a 10/10 for money/quality. The staff is really friendly and helpfull. They are young and driven people who love their job. Room is clean and bright. The hotel is small but cozy and comfortable, and provides everything we need. It is well maintained. The room I stayed was just renovated last year and gave fresh feeling. If next time to Milan again, wIll definitely consider this hotel again.
