  Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. Overall excellent value for m - The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. There's great WiFi in the room and the place also offers a basic but a very sufficient breakfast. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum

  When we booked That's Rome on line we had no idea what we were in for. We went strictly on the reviews we found. We were not disappointed! This is a small family run B&B that offers GREAT value for money, fantastic security, and within a 5 minute walk from Rome Termini! We were in an apartment that offers 3 rooms with a shared bath. The owners - A very clean, nicely decorated place to stay away from the street noise. The owners are super friendly and we didn't have any problems communicating in spite of the fact that their English wasn't that great. Even though breakfast wasn't big enough for me, it was homemade and tasting really delicious!   very helpful and nice sfaff, comfortable apartments, perfect location - close to Termini, but no noise at all, services are good, breakfast tasty and full. Generally comparing to the other hotels where I've been - one of the best for quality/price.
