Siena - pure magic. The staff and support you receive (including help
with parking your vehicle in the medieval city of Siena) was a godsend.

The room was comfortable and clean, it had a balcony with stunning views of the rooftops of Sienna. I was surprised to find a large kitchen and if I had known about it beforehand I would have made much more use of it. The staff was very welcoming, especially Dennis. He was very helpful and kind. He also speaks very good English. The room was very clean and lovely. The hotel is very close to the city centre and also to the main bus station. The room was quiet. The breakfast was great, they served any type of coffe or tea. The price was very fair. All in all, we would recommend this place to everyone.
