The hotel room overlooked the lagoon and had two small balconies. It was a few minutes from the water bus stop so easy to find on arrival and also close to St Marks square. The hotel reception and staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was spotless. Breakfast was very substantial and the stay was thoroughly enjoyable. - Our family room #
... 别人怎么说 » 301 was very comfortable and it had a fantastic view of the Grand Canal. The hotel was close to everything and it was very easy to find. We wish we would have stayed for two nights.The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was the usual cold meats and breads.

Arrived at the hotel about 12 noon , asked if we could leave our luggagewith them as the rooms would be ready only at 1 , they checked and therooms were ready so we were able to check in early. The view from my room was breathtaking, the breakfast was sumptuous and the staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Even my room (single) was exceptionally clean and well kept. Everyone, right from the porter to the bartenders, the reception staff, the concierge went out of their way to help me and to make my trip a memorable one.
