Very nice location for seeing Venice. 2 minutes from Grand Canal if you arrive on vapporetto, there is an excess to the canal near the hotel entrance (30 metres) if you arrive by water taxi. The shower worked well and room size was very good. The breakfast was good supplying ham, cheese, and sweet breads. Canned fruit and yogurt were also available.   It is hard to find initially, but overall it is a great location. Very quiet. The staff was great. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was dated but clean. - Friendly staff, nice hotel for romantic trip of young couple. Location is excellent, close to main tourist attractions, but in quiet courtyard.

  The owner of this hotel is a very elegant man, who was very helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The room itself was not large but had a wonderful veranda that overlooked a canal. The location is a bit tricky but it seemed that everything was hard to find in Venice even with all the signs. - Helpful, friendly staff.   The apartment is located in the historical center, very convenient. You can late in the evening to sit on the Grand canal and not to worry about how to get back. Very nice and spacious room. But one night. we slept with the Windows open. It is possible. because the Windows overlook the courtyard. very clean . In the morning made Breakfast pastries... 别人怎么说 » , jams, bread, wonderful coffee!!! Bath with a new bathroom. Because this apartment , resort tax do not pay. I recommend to all who come to the festiv - Only one stuff there, but very friendly and helpful. This is a free B&B, you can enjoy it just like your home, but please dont bother the others. And one important thing, before you go out to have a walk dont forget to take the key, because maybe you are the first one who get back. Any way, no complain.
