  The staff at this hotel was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Our room was large with lots of storage space. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessed from the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and wait staff were attentive. The metro is about 3 blocks away and so it is easy to get into town. The staff where verry nice, the cleanliness was ok, we where impressed by the fact that we where moved from a double room because the climatic sistem didn't work well and we received a suite (an appartment) and no difference to pay.

  The hotel staff was very friendly and mapped everything out for us on how to get to the metro station to the sites to see and the places to go eat. Nice touch with chocolates on the pillow each night, breakfast was great with scrambled eggs and bacon and fruit smoothies. A wide variety and held us over until dinner.
