Lorenzo was very nice to stay up till midnight for a late-flight check-in. The whole family was very helpful with directions, taxis, restaurants etc. Nice Italian style breakfasts were served in the charming courtyard decorated with flowers. The location being slightly out of the main town centers was a plus to ensure quiet nights, even though most main attractions are within walking distances.

All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. Overall this has been an Excellent stay and we would definitely come and stay here again when we come to Florence next time.

I stayed at Lady Florence for two weeks. I was very happy with the choice. The location is perfect: a walking distance from everything. 5 min to Duomo, 10-15 min to Santa Maria Novella Station. The kitchen in the BB was a nice surprise. I saved a lot of money because I didn't have to eat out all the time and was able to cook for myself. The BB is exactly what you see in the pictures. I will stay ib Lady Florence again when I am in Florence.

Our original accommodations were not available for the five of us, so they put three of us in the junior suite which was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Florence Dream Domus was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire
Europe trip. The location is fantastic, the place is quaint, art-deco
and very chic, and a word of appreciation is due for the
Manager's/ overseer's of the property, Mr. Lorenzo & Ms.
Laura. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff
ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay
