Location was amazing, everything is right at the doorstep - shops, watertaxis, a perfect location. Staff were lovely and friendly, super helpful. The room and furniture is beautiful Venetian design. The bed was so comfortable, which is very important after a long day of shopping and sightseeing, so we slept well. I would definitely stay here again as it made our whole experience of Venice even more special. There is no lift in the hotel but don't let this put you off - we had 2 suitcases at 25k

The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly.
