The B&B was 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. The location of B&B was in a quiet place. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the room price was justifiable. Annalisa was very helpful with tips to visit places, restaurants etc. I would go again to the same B&B if I visit Venice in future.

Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided

The hotel is just off main walking alley Calle dei Fabbri some 4 minutes north from San Marco. Location, location, location. You're literally minutes away from both the Rialto and Piazza San Marco. Yet, once you get inside the B&B, it feels more like home and the touristy/hectic buzz of the outside feels farther away. Service was excellent. If you can't be shown to your room yet (ie. you show up early) or you have a later flight to catch, they'll let you leave your bags with no hassle and will even serve you coffee in the common area.

We were givena junior suite which was a lovely surprise. The bathroom facilities were much better than in other Italian hotels I've stayed in. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was informal and relaxed which suited us. - The staff was really friendly and although the breakfast was small,there was a selection to choose from

Location was about 10 mins walk from St. Marks Square. Close yet far enough away from crowds. Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view. Staff very helpful and breakfast very tasty. All in all, great value.

Great, great location.....really could not be better placed in the city for walking and the general sights of Venice. The top floor is very generous in size with a quaint, atelier style slanted roof and pop-up dormer windows looking out onto the Grand Canal. Amenities and the access to a full kitchen are very welcome additions to a lovely stay.

It is a beautiful hotel tucked away on a quiet street back in the smaller canals. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. It is also near the main hospital of Venice, which was an unexpected blessing for us during our stay.
