THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. I was going to stay one night and stayed THREE because my hotel was so pleasing and getting around FLorence was easy. -

It is very centrally located near the train station, all of the tourist stops, plus very near to open markets. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again if ever in Florence. - The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were modern and very clean, internet service was available, and the staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The location was outstanding - a block from the Duomo and other major attractions, as well as walking distance to the train station. The hotel was quiet and without street noise. This is a lovely hotel in the historic centre of Florence.
It is only a five minute trundle
- with suitcase - from the main railway station.
The staff were very polite and helpful.
There was plenty of choice when it came to breakfast time. I had a nice, clean room overlooking the bustling piazza and the Medici chapels. The (double) double-glazed windows shut out any traffic noise overnight.
I would definitely recommend it.
