To our surprise they offered to check us in early and also upgraded our room to a Junior suite.The service was at all time - The location could not have been better; 2 minutes from the Duomo and Galleria Victor Emanuel. The Metro and tram are literally just outside the door and the building is easy to find when returning from a busy day. The staff was most attentive and helpful and the room was very large and comfortable.. The lighting in the room was superb and counter/table space was plentiful, even in the bathroom.   Great location. Very friendly staff. Late check out on day of departure, 2pm. Also able to leave bags in hotel until we had to go to the airport at 9pm. Upgraded to superior room on arrival which had excellent facilities. This hotel was great value for money and would highly recommend staying here.
