First of all, from the first day of our reservation to the check- in time, the manager Patrizia sent us very explanatory e-mails about the directions to the hotel as well as reminding the reservation time to us.   We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night.
