Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes!   This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by.
