  Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in.   The room was perfect for us - nice sized, very clean, modern, with a great view of the Colosseum & Forum. It's a small group of rooms on the 2nd floor within a larger building - so it gives the feel of small bed-and-breakfast or something similar. Roberto fought through our complete lack of ability to speak Italian and still give us some great tips on places to visit and eat. Even helped us - Location was what we wanted: close to Colosseo and Forum. Each morning we had coffee outside the cafe next to the entrance door to our appts watching Colosseo and bathing in the morning sun. 6-8 euro to the place from the historic center (Parteon ) by taxi if you are tired. Metro is 1-2 min from the place. Room is nice, clean, very modern. We have booked with the appts the transfers to and from the airport - very comvinient. Wifi worked very well. Roberto and Claudia were nice and helpful. Nice

They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!
