  This B&B is close to Roma Termini (10 minutes walking) and is run by a very friendly staff. You take the lift to the 4th floor and climb the stairs to the 5th.   It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.
