Very kind and friendly staff who want to do everything to make the guests feel at home(we had been there for 11 days and one day we must go out at 7 a.m. and did not have time to have breakfast, the staff arranged us to have the breakfast by ourselves. Me and my bf stayed for 3 days/2 nights from 9-11 march 2013. The
place is within walking distance of termini, but in a good area. The
room we got was big, clean and nice with a small balcony. The bathroom
very clean with toileteries and hair dryer, which was essential as we
got under the rain and came soaking wet. There is a seif and small

The facilities were clean and the room was large and colorful. It was
just the shower that was small but that was all we needed. Location is
across the street from the main train station so we didn't have to
carry our luggage too far. Staff were friendly but we only dealt with
them when we checked in since they do not stay on site. They do provide
you with a phone number in case you need anything. Just make sure that
you let them know in advance when you will be arriving so they are
