The receptionist was really very helpful and spoke very good English. The apartment was spacious and had all that we wanted, and was new and had some great design elements. And it was especially good for travel with kids. The location was great. A pleasant walk or short tram ride to the centre of Milan and lots of interesting shops and restaurants close by.
