Staff very friendly and very helpful, we even got a small present during our stay. There's also a spa with saunas in the hotel. Location is good, near Vaticano, metro and shopping street. Very friendly staff who gave us some very helpful advise how to travel in Rome to go sightseeing and where to eat and do some shopping...The nice receptioniste even looked up some things for us on the internet.
The hotel is close to the Metro station and to the Vatikan.
