I really liked the space and the facilities, especially the laundromat
(paid) and car park (free). The apartment was well furnished and was
extremely comfortable for us. It was also in a safe neighborhood, though
it's not very near the city central (approximately 15-20mins walk to
most locations). The staff were also very friendly and helpful. It's
clearly states that check-in ends at 7pm, however due to some delays on
the roads, we only managed to reach by 715pm, but they waited for us
anyway.

Marco waited 2 hours beyond the check-in time and greeted us with a smile. He is a wonderful host. We had a very nice decorated and designed room, with a large matrimonial bed. Everything was great.
This place is an apartment with 5 or 6 rooms. also 3 or 4 rooms outside the apartment but in the same floor. but this does not cause any problem. Reception is not 24 hours. free tee or coffee in the morning
