We really enjoyed our stay, the owner Enrico is such a nice guy, my husband got sick while we are in Florence, he helped us to call the doctor, we also stayed for another 2 hours after the official checkout time just so we are in time to catch the train, and he was all good with that. 老板和员工都人很好，很热心。我们因为不懂语言也没搞清楚路，和老板商量会晚到些时打了好几次电话改时间老板都直接答应了。结果我们在很晚比规定的入住时间晚了两个半小时，老板一直等着我们，也没有生气，还很热心地给我们讲解路线和游览景点，服务很周到。
宾馆环境很好，是一个独院的别墅，据说是以前富人家的房子，里面的装饰都很好，我们还拍了照。房间很干净整洁，阳光充足，卫生间也很大很干净。
虽说在地图上显示这家宾馆离城市中心很远，但是其实佛罗伦萨很小，认识路的话十五分钟就能走到。
房价便宜，三人间80欧元，刚开始不了解行情觉得挺贵的，但是后来和其他酒店比较才之道真的是很棒的！

The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. - Superbly located just a 5 minute walk from St. Mark’s Square. The room was very tastefully decorated, very clean and with all necessities including a kettle. The best thing was the breakfast served in a cosy, clean and lovely lunch room. The breakfast was generous and had good variety.

We really enjoyed staying in Locabndo Gallo. The staff was excellent. They are extremely friendly. They gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and dine. You should definitely follow their suggestions.
The hotel is also located on a very convenient place, it is just 15 min walk form main train station and maybe 10-15 min walk from touristic places. The room is like you can see from the pics.
