  Very good hotel, with extremely helpful staff. The hotel is few minutes away from the beach, but it is possible to use their bicycles (free) to reach any destination in Rimini. We stayed for almost two weeks, and always had a basket of fresh fruit in our room. Breakfast is mainly continental, and good quality.   It's the second time I stay in this hotel and I feel like confirming everything said the other time. It's indeed a lovely place where you can feel at home, have quiteness while being in the center, at a step from the beach, which is beautiful in winter too, it's very clean and very nice.   First of all the staff. They are fantastic! Very nice, friendly and sincerely helpfull. The hotel itself is quite new, so the finishing and furniture are still fresh. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there are lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. - The hotel feels neat and clean. The room was extremely large, and was decorated just fine. This was the only hotel in our trip to Italy that had a bath tub. The breakfast was very good, and at evening they offer a free drink and appetizers at the (very small) host lobby. The location is second line from the beach which makes it a few minutes from it. Excellent value for money.
