The modern design in an old building was very creative. Owner Patrize was there to answer questions and make good recommendations for touring and eating out. Great market across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for touring Cinque Terre and Portoverne. Enjoyed time in evenings walking around LaSpezia.

  The hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful. We got lost in the car and I called the hotel for directions and one of the hotel staff came out to our location and showed us the way. The owner's nephew even drove us to the train station when he realized our Italian was not up to negotiating our way on the bus! We would have loved to stay longer.   Couldn't find a better host anywhere than Fernando! He went out of his way to make us feel wanted and cared for - and he has excellent English. Accomodation very comfortable with a magnificent view.   We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, space and sweet hospitality. Claudia, the manager/hostess, was the very accommodating and welcoming, she always a phone call away if we needed anything. She provided a sufficient and tasty breakfast complete with Italian coffee at our convenience. The B&B was conveniently - B&B is really nice and very clean. Just opposite the market where we were getting fresh fruits every day. Some poeple were complaining about the noise but we didn't think it was that excessive. Breakfast was also really nice and we especially enjoyed good Italian coffee. I would definitely recommend this place.

  The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location and value for money is also very good. I suggest to anybody who wants good service at a good price to stay in this B&B accomodation.
