  This is my third stay. It was wonderful, romantic and very scenic. I loved our little apartment in the farmhouse Casolese and didn't mind the 10 minute walk to the villa. Prior to the visit I called the Villa and explained our celebration and requested the best room available for the rate paid. To their great credit we found ourselves upgraded to a beautiful suite with a complimentary bottle of chianti classico and a happy birthday note. However it was late November and there was only one other couple staying. Beautiful and authentic Tuscan Villa and if you are a fan of the 1993 film "Much Ado About Nothing

The bed was very comfortable and the room was air conditioned, but the windows also opened for cool morning and evening breezes.   We were a senior couple traveling with our 17 year old granddaughter who really enjoyed the pool and common room facilities. We had a two bedroom apartment (Steccaia) that gave us lots of room and allowed lots of privacy. The location is great, with a 2 minute walk to the town square and lots of good restaurants. Highly recommend Antico Pastificio! - Greve was a lovely location and Antico Pastificio was an excellent place to stay. The Thursday night pizza party was a highlight of our stay in Italy. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short; Sandy, Monica, and Marco were extremely helpful as we revised our plans. Top ratings all around.
