  Everything was great! From the beginning the staff gave us spot on information to reach the apartment, met us their on time and helped carry our lugguge up the 3 flights of stairs! We had 2 terraces, off the kitche - We just loved this quaint little apartment. Although small all that was required was provided for and in good working order. Washing machine was also easy to use. In fact we enjoyed getting a bit of taste hearing about some Italian domestic life while sitting on the balcony.   We stayed in the apartment for a week and we enjoyed it very much. We had the studio.It has everything necessary-kitchenette, microwave, fridge, cutlery, what we really appreciated is that there was a washing machine in the basement and you dont have to pay for it extra. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay memorable! We strongly recommend the place.
