Short/ bus ride to city center. - The facilities offered were excellent. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!

  Marco waited 2 hours beyond the check-in time and greeted us with a smile. He is a wonderful host. The breakfast is at a restaurant next to Sante Croce which is approx a 5 minute walk and it is totally worth it.   We stayed in the apartment for a week and we enjoyed it very much. We had the studio.It has everything necessary-kitchenette, microwave, fridge, cutlery, what we really appreciated is that there was a washing machine in the basement and you dont have to pay for it extra.   We loved Firenzesuite. City is beautiful we wished we'd stayed more than one night. The staff are really friendly and kind, the suite was immaculate, tastefully decorated with a little patio garden. Communal areas were pristine.   We were impressed by maps and useful information of the city given after checking in at the hotel by a hotel staff. The hotel is few steps of walk to Duomo. To our knowledge, there aren't many public toilets available in Florence.
