  As a single female I felt very safe, my room was clean, no view but I don't stay in my room except to shower and sleep. Il Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and the Pantheon. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us an extra room when they had a vacancy next to ours for no extra charge. They provided the BEST breakfast buffet!
