  Great new hotel, gives a perfect holiday feeling. Very attentive staff, both at the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. The area looks dodgy at first, but it's just around the corner of the residential area with shop and restaurants.   We liked everything about the Hotel Pendini. The location was excellent, right in the centre of Florence, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our room on the second floor was fabulous, it was really spacious with a bedroom, sitting room and bathroom, all very tastefully decorated. Our room was a new 2 room family suite also designed to accommodate disabled persons and located on the second floor.   The location is incredible. Right outside my window, so close I almost felt I could touch it, was the fantastically beautiful Il Duomo de Firenze (cathedral), Florence's most popular sight to see. Bathroom was large and clean, felt like home. Tv was working well as well as ac. It was conveniently located next to Subway - I stayed at Lady Florence for two weeks. I was very happy with the choice. The location is perfect: a walking distance from everything. 5 min to Duomo, 10-15 min to Santa Maria Novella Station. The kitchen in the BB was a nice surprise. I saved a lot of money because I didn't have to eat out all the time and was able to cook for myself. The BB is exactly what you see in the pictures. I will stay ib Lady Florence again when I am in Florence.
