walking distance to the airport so no need to rely on the taxi service. able to check out the night before, saving time. great breakfast with very attentive staff. free shuttle downtown to the bocca de veritas was great. Excellent service and help in getting us to the airport terminal.The location is the best in Rome for transit passengers. convenience to airpot.

I booked the Hilton Rome Airport due to an early morning flight, it was a convenient choice and a nice treat at the end of my holiday.Closeness/proximity to the airport and train station. Convenience to airport; shuttle service to rome. The Convince to get to the airport and the shuttle that is offered to go to the center of Rome. Excellent for stay one night if your flight on the next day early in the morning.proximity to airport. The checking was prompt and easy. The room was comfortable.convenience to airport. We did not appreciated the Hilton wanting to charge a stockremoval fee so that we could use the "fridge" for our own use. Aftermuch discussion we were not charged the service fee which wasappreciated. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. This was oursecond stay in Rome Airport Hilton. We would do so again. Was given smoking room. Couldn't get room safe to work. No AC plug adaptor for electric raisor. Too expensive: low value for money. Corridors were sordid as almost every room had dirty cups and glasses and rubbish left on the floor.. No clean cups on the tea tray and I had to take the dirties in and wash them. There was no milk on the tray. The kettle had to be plugged in on the floor where it was dangerous. Toilet paper holder broken.No affordable wine in the restaurant.limited food choice. my son found somewhere in the room a little piece of chocolate, that was not ours.Staff at the reception was not friendly. Prices on food was ridiculous, especially in comparison to the very low quality. The meat was rutten and we still needed to pay for it. A childrens pizza for €10, and there was only cheese and tomatoes on it!. The Service was poor. Staff generally overstretched and undertrained. I was given incorrect information several times during a very short stay. Check-in was very unpleasant. Amazingly, check-out was also unpleasant. The bath room door handle came off. It was a handicap room, shower water got all over the bath room floor. They sold e-mail time with out telling you there would be a 4 hour wait. The heat didn`t work. They charge you to park your car while checking in.
