The visit to Lake Como was part of our European tour. We stayed at Seven Park Hotel, excellent hotel based in Colico on the shores of Lake Como. The weather was lovely when we first arrived that day. The staff, especially the Manager, Roberto, was extremely welcoming and friendly. He suggested Porto Vino in the harbour as a nice place to dine as our arrival had coincided with a big Italian family wedding. We wanted something a little more personal. We weren’t disappointed, Porto Vinto lived up .
所有评语 » Very clean, Professional yet friendly staff. Hotel owner made it is job to introduce himself and talk to all guests and had a nice friendly manner. Great restaurant for quality and price which we used nearly every night, sun terrace was a nice touch as was the external (and internal) air conditioning. Staff very friendly.This is a newly built hotel. Room very good. Quite. Food fabulous. This hotel is perfect if you want to be on the lake and tour around it. We would stay again but only if the air conditioning is working. Don`t be put off by the approach road which is a bit round down. Absolutely everything but if I had to say only one thing I would have to say the wonderful position and views. We had an absolutely fabulous holiday at this hotel and the staff were truly wonderful. Nice new modern hotel. Rooms although small, were attached by a nice terrace with a very nice view on garden and lake. Very good internet connection. Kindness of staff. the view of the rooms, the staff so friendly, clean and relaxing environment, nice breakfast, very friendly owner. the stay in this hotel was wonderful. Michelin Star Restaurant was superb, Spa Facilities were really good but the hotel location and scenery are out of this world. The owner want to find what the guest like and comfort with .... was good location amazing design ... cool staff. Perfect lakeside setting. Awesome service. The owner, Roberto, takes a personal interest in guest comfort. friendly staff, neatness of equipment and tools, location. nice room nice owner brand new everything worked peaceful. Everything but especialy the super friendly staff. Great views. Great pool area. The hotel was spacious, clean and had a view over the lake. The rooms were well equiped. Nice facilities Wonderful employees Nice view over the lake Free WI-FI Free parking. No tea making facilities in the room. Room was a little small with limited hanging space for clothes. But outside terrace compensated for this Shower was good but probably needed a door to prevent water spraying onto floor, but no real problem. Only 2 problems 1st the smoke alarm in the room has been placed over the bed and has a green light which flashes every 9 seconds not noticed during the day but a right pain at night. 2Nd the air con in all the rooms was not working. When we told reception they already new but didnt think to tell us when we booked in. Nothing. Spa centre only opened from 2-6pm and when we finally wanted to go at 3pm it was also closed... Everywhere there are warning plates, it is a bit exaggerating. Shower makes all bathroom wet. Restaurant ok but far from Michelin star level. Having to go home!!. no heater in the room ... Nothing. furniture too modern, parking distant from hotel door. Nothing. We were obliged to use bathing caps to enter the pool. Local rule apparently. This is a great hotel for business conference, but not laisure. It is set in the middle of nowwhere with constructions and building falling down on the way to hotel. The personel does not speak English which makes it very difficult to communicate. The beach in front of the hotel is small and dirty. Check-out at 10 AM having the breakfast also until 10 AM, SPA closes at 6 PM, Sauna and steam bath only turned on if needed and therefore minimum 30 minutes of wait, Hot milk, coffee, toasts, eggs, etc not available on breakfast table. Must be asked for to the waitress, Restaurant is too expensive.
