This renovated country house is located in the resort Città della Pieve. There are four houses in the residence. The two-bedroom house can accommodate up to six persons, has its private entrance and offers free Wireless Internet access.
There is satellite-TV (flat screen) in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with four hotplates, an oven and dishwasher, with dining table. One double bedroom and one room with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet. Sleeping space for two persons is available in the living area on a sofa bed. This area has exit to the balcony, from where you can enjoy view of the valley and the resort.
Enjoy the garden on different levels or swim in the shared swimming pool. An outside shower is available and you can prepare meals on the barbecue in the garden with garden furniture. In the house there is a relaxation room and a washing machine for shared use. Breakfast is possible for an extra cost and parking is available on site.
Within 1 km you can find several shops, restaurants and a supermarket. Railway station "Chiusi Scalo" is in 10 km. Nearby attractions: Montepulciano 30 km, Orvieto 35 km and Perugia 40 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Trasimeno 20 km.
