  Customer service from start to finish was excellent, great help from staff. Maids kept on top of the rooms, which were very large and had every ammenity, including tea/coffee etc.Very friendly atmosphere, we were even brought flowers and given chocolates every evening.   I liked the fact that it was a four star hotel(sometimes hotel ratings don't reflect the reality).The location was excellent, no tourist around so we got to eat and drink with the locals.Also it was easy to move around,bus 105 was right in front of the hotel and would bring you everywhere.I Didn't use the Restaurant in the hotel so I can't comment... 别人怎么说 » on that. If you're coming from Ireland or uk and love drinking in the residential bar you can forget about it.Il Pignetto has everything to offer eve - We loved everything about this hotel. Although it is further out from city central, it is easy to take the bus. Don't listen to reviews saying it is in a bad area - we had no issues and even walked around at night (we were just two females). Yes there is graffiti but it is everywhere. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the staff was super friendly (be sure to get a map at reception - we didn't use anything else and left our bulky travel books in the room) and the rooms clean and modern

You get to choose between a sweet continental or salty breakfast at the time of your choice, between 8-10 am. Room was cleaned everyday - First I want to mention the Stuff, that were always nice, friendly, willing to answer questions about where to visit, how to reach a certain point, and a 24h service. Secondly the B&B showers and facilities were well cleaned every day. The breakfast was fair and served to the room at the requested hour. For last and maybe most important the B&B was enough close to the historical center, by bus, Metro ( 5 min walk) ,or by foot ( 15 min walk )
